Booking Requirements: To secure a date and time for 1-on-1 training a deposit of $2,000 must be paid no later than 21 days prior to your training session. The balance of your bill must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the day of your session. We also accept cash payments on the day of the session by special arrangement. If you prefer to pay in cash, email SEF no later than 72 hours prior to your session.
We provide the training location within Clark County, Las Vegas.
Includes a live adult model, use of a 31lb torso model, life-size sex doll, Kegelmaster device, OBGYN surgical gloves, oils, and all necessary equipment. Optional before-and-after podcast included. Training location will be provided due to applicable laws.
Mandatory Legal Requirements
You must own and watch the Female Ejaculation Masterclass beforehand.
In this educational setting, the trainer/owner will remain fully clothed throughout the session and will only use his hands for participation. OBGYN surgical gloves are required for the internal vaginal massage and G-spot stimulation to facilitate female ejaculation. Additionally, the trainer/owner is legally required to undergo STD testing, despite only using his hands for contact.
In compliance with Federal (USA), State (Nevada), and City (Las Vegas) laws, all necessary legal paperwork must be completed for participation as an in-person, filmed sexology student model that will be demonstrated on. This filming includes an educational scene focused on ejaculation orgasm.
We strongly recommend that you get STD tested for relevant conditions before arriving in Las Vegas, to ensure you can meet the testing requirements upon arrival. A reminder regarding this will be sent in advance.
Plan to arrive in Las Vegas at least one day early to complete the Nevada-based STD testing requirements which you must pass to participate.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Students are required to sign NDAs and model release agreements. We offer our standard NDA at no cost, or students may provide their own for legal review (additional fees may apply). These agreements ensure full privacy, confidentiality, and discretion.
Legal Compliance
To comply with Federal (USA), State (Nevada), and City (Las Vegas) regulations, students participating in the filmed sexology class as an adult female model being demonstrated on must complete all required legal documentation.
Required Documentation:
- Two forms of government-issued ID showing the student is 18+.
- 18 U.S.C. § 2257: This statute requires producers of sexually explicit material to verify and document the age of all models. Records must be retained for inspection, and federal authorities may audit these records for compliance.
- C.F.R. Part 75: This regulation details the enforcement of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, requiring record-keeping of age verification and defining the responsibilities of primary and secondary producers.
- Nevada STD Testing: Testing is mandatory in Nevada, and results must be negative. Tests required include: HIV-1Nat, HIV Ag/Ab, Anti-HCV, Chlamydia (Urine), Gonorrhea (Urine), Trichomonas Vaginalis, Syphilis (RPR), and Treponema pallidum Antibody.
Testing is required before participation and must be conducted through Talent Testing Service (available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with results by 10:00 a.m. the following day). Company Documents:
- Unilateral NDA: This is a one-way agreement in which only one party (SEF) discloses information, requiring the other party (the student) to maintain confidentiality.
- Non-Disclosure Obligation: Both parties agree not to disclose the confidential information to unauthorized persons or entities.
- Scope: The agreement specifies the duration, the parties involved, and the purposes for which the confidential information may be utilized.
- Consequences of Non-Disclosure: Failure to comply with the terms of this NDA may result in legal action, including claims for damages or injunctive relief. This is to prevent unauthorized disclosure, distribution, or the creation of a competitive environment for our company in the indefinite future, and to protect confidential information.
Model Release Agreement:
An adult film student model release is a legal document that grants permission to a photographer or producer (SEF) to copyright, use, and distribute images or footage of a student adult model for educational purposes in adult film sexology. The release typically includes:
- Identifying Information: The student model’s legal name, stage name, and identification details.
- Services Rendered: A description of the services or activities performed by the student model during the video shoot.
- Compensation: The amount of payment or compensation from the female student model for their participation.
- Rights and Permissions: The female student adult model grants the producer unrestricted, irrevocable, and worldwide permission to use and publish the images or footage for any legal purpose, including commercial use.
- Restrictions: The release may include specific restrictions on the use of the content, such as blurring out faces, tattoos, identifiable marks, or muting the student model’s voice.
Lastly, the video must be posted on our website for commercial use. For those who wish to remain unidentifiable, SEF can blur faces, tattoos, and other identifiable features. We can also mute voices for further privacy.
Please note that this process is costly due to the significant overhead we must adhere to because of legal requirements. We do not and will not bend the rules for anyone.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds
Rescheduling
If you provide 7 or more days notification and subject to availability on your requested new date the full amount of your deposit ($2000) will be credited to your new booking date. If you provide fewer than 7 days notification and subject to availability on your requested new date, half of your deposit ($1000) will be credited to your new booking date. In the event of fewer than 7 days notice you will be required to immediately pay an additional $1000to secure your new booking date.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you provide 7 or more days notice of your intention to cancel your booking you will receive a refund of $1500. If you provide fewer than 7 days notice of your intention to cancel your booking you will receive no refund of your deposit.
Personalized Follow-Up or Troubleshooting Online Session Using Torso and/or Life-Size Dummy Model
This live, one-on-one online training is tailored for women seeking personalized guidance on techniques such as squirting and milking. Whether practicing with a partner or primarily using the 31-pound torso dummy model, participants benefit from direct, private instruction.
