About Richard Johnny Saunders

Richard Saunders began his massage therapy journey at just eight years old. Growing up, his grandparents emphasized the importance of massage for maintaining physical and mental health. His grandmother, an enthusiast of reflexology, introduced him to the practice by giving him an Ingram’s reflexology chart. Richard’s first “clients” were his parents, who would pay him fifty cents an hour to massage their feet—a simple beginning that would ignite his passion for the human body and its capacity for healing.

By 16, Richard experienced a pivotal moment that shaped his career trajectory. While exploring physical intimacy with his girlfriend, he accidentally discovered the G-spot. This discovery sparked a lifelong curiosity about the female body, anatomy, and pleasure, driving him to learn everything he could about human connection, physiology, and sexual health.

At 20, Richard obtained a business license in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a “drugless practitioner,” specializing in hand reflexology and chair massage. Charging $1 per minute, he quickly gained recognition for his skill and approachability. Within a year, he rose to become the top salesperson and trainer at his company. His exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence earned him a business partnership with the company’s owner, enabling him to purchase his own franchise by age 20. Over the course of his early career, Richard massaged over 4,000 clients, establishing a solid foundation for his future endeavors.

Expanding Expertise in Massage Therapy

At 22, Richard decided to deepen his understanding of massage therapy by pursuing a formal Western-style massage education. He moved to Charlottesville, Virginia, where he attended massage school and gained access to cadaver labs and anatomy lectures provided by a local medical school. Immersed in this environment, Richard mastered a diverse range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, acupressure, reflexology, Thai, and Russian massage. During this time, he also developed a unique migraine therapy technique to help an ex-girlfriend who suffered from debilitating headaches, further showcasing his innovative approach to care.

International Studies and Pioneering Sexual Health Education

In 2010, Richard relocated to Asia, where laws in certain cities allowed him to explore vaginal massage and female ejaculation education. While working with the region’s largest men’s dating company, Richard gained insights into female psychology, dating, and intimacy. At the same time, he conducted a groundbreaking case study with over 100 women, focusing on vaginal massage, acupressure, Kegel training, and female ejaculation techniques. His findings revealed a widespread lack of sex education, particularly in areas related to female anatomy and pleasure.

Throughout his study, Richard achieved remarkable results: a 95% success rate in helping women experience ejaculation during their first session and 100% by their second. This success inspired him to develop a replicable system that could be taught to others, including individuals with no prior massage experience. Over the years, Richard has trained 46 men, 3 couples, and 6 healthcare professionals, including an OBGYN, an orthopedic surgeon, and a chiropractor, achieving a 90% success rate during live sessions. His efforts have empowered participants to better understand and enhance intimacy in their relationships.

Teaching, Workshops, and the Pursuit of Knowledge

Driven by a passion for education, Richard began hosting workshops and hands-on training sessions. These included detailed anatomy lessons using posters, medical models, and live demonstrations. Alumni shared rare educational materials with him, including VHS tapes and other resources that helped refine his techniques. He continued to innovate, teaching methods like WTT (a system he applied successfully to help his then-girlfriend achieve ejaculation by the third session). His dedication to teaching and research has made him a respected figure in the field of sexual health.

Richard’s findings strongly suggest that all women have the anatomical capability to ejaculate, as they share structures such as Skene’s ducts. He has identified simple, effective ways to educate men about these techniques, enabling them to enhance intimacy and strengthen their relationships.

Founding Sexology Educational Films LLC

In 2023, Richard founded Sexology Educational Films LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company’s mission is to provide safe, professional training on intimacy, anatomy, and female pleasure, adhering to legal guidelines. By launching this venture, Richard aims to bridge the gap in sex education and create accessible resources for individuals and professionals alike. His first training programs are scheduled to debut in early 2025, marking a significant milestone in his career.

Collaborations and Advanced Certifications

Richard’s commitment to professional growth has led him to collaborate with leading experts in the field. One of his most notable collaborators is Dr. Diana Leonel Lozada, M.D., a distinguished OB-GYN surgeon and surgery trainer for medical residents. Together, they are working on groundbreaking research into female anatomy, pleasure, and postpartum recovery.

Dr. Diana Leonel Lozada is a final-year resident in Gynecology and Obstetrics, with a remarkable career in health promotion and education. Currently serving as the Chief of Specialty and Subspecialty Medical Residents at the Regional High-Specialty Hospital of Ixtapaluca, she has received numerous accolades for her academic excellence and leadership. In addition, Richard has been accepted into the Clinical Sexuality Coach certification program accredited by the American Board of Sexology. This prestigious program, led by Dr. Rachael L. Ross, M.D., equips practitioners with the tools to bridge the gap between physical and sexual health, enhancing client well-being. With over 23 years of experience, Dr. Rachael is a renowned figure in the field of sexology, and her program is a cornerstone for professionals seeking advanced education in intimacy and anatomy.

The Dr. Rachael Institute, based in Gary, Indiana, operates as part of a family-run practice established in the 1960s by Dr. David Ross. Today, the practice remains a cornerstone of the community, managed by Dr. Rachael alongside her family. This legacy of exceptional healthcare and education provides a solid foundation for Richard’s continued professional development.

Future Plans: Postpartum Holistic Certification

Looking ahead, Richard plans to further expand his expertise by pursuing a Postpartum Holistic Certification in 2025. This certification program focuses on the unique physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of postpartum clients, with an emphasis on pelvic floor rehabilitation—a core component of Richard’s practice. By integrating this specialized knowledge, Richard aims to provide comprehensive care for postpartum clients, helping them recover and thrive during one of life’s most transformative periods.

This certification aligns seamlessly with Richard’s work in Kegel exercises and massages, enabling him to offer a holistic approach to postpartum recovery. Through this program, he will deepen his understanding of maternal health, addressing not only physical recovery but also emotional well-being and lifestyle adjustments for new mothers.

Conclusion

Richard Saunders’ journey is one of continuous learning, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to empowering others. From his humble beginnings as a young reflexologist to his groundbreaking work in sexual health and intimacy, Richard has consistently pushed the boundaries of education and care. His dedication to advancing knowledge and bridging gaps in sex education has already transformed countless lives.

With plans to launch new training programs, conduct further research, and pursue advanced certifications, Richard is poised to make a lasting impact in the fields of sexology and maternal health. Through his work, he aims to foster deeper connections, improve well-being, and empower individuals to embrace their full potential.

Case Study

In the future, Sexology Educational Films LLC plans to conduct a professional case study in Las Vegas with the objective of publishing our findings in a reputable, peer-reviewed medical journal. This study will utilize Richard’s methodology for preparatory and internal vaginal massage, and will be conducted in collaboration with a team of experts.

The research team will consist of:

  1. A Dual Degree PhD in Clinical Research/Medical Doctor (MD), who will oversee the clinical aspects and biofeedback data collection.
  2. A Female Clinical Sexologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, who will conduct psychological assessments, counseling, and screening.
  3. A Female OBGYN who will perform health inspections and ensure the safety and well-being of the participants.
  4. Richard Saunders who is the founder and inventor of vaginal massage therapy organization (years ago) and now Sexology Educational Films LLC (Las Vegas, Nevada).

The case study will focus on several key components:

Participant Selection: We will observe women from diverse backgrounds, including varying ages, ethnicities, and life experiences, to test whether all women are capable of ejaculation using sEF’s preparatory methods for the mental and physical vaginal massage.

Multiple Sessions: The study will evaluate if, after more than one session, women can ejaculate from the Skene ducts and whether this can be reliably achieved and how many sessions it takes on average. Some peer reviewed studies have stated that some women do not have Skene ducts and some do. Richard Saunders has seen Skene ducts that were invisible to the naked eye appear after multiple sessions and then after multiple sessions after that ejaculate. We plan in the study to see if all women have skene ducts anatomically and if not why some have them and some do not. As well as why are some women’s Skene ducts invisible to the naked eye and then they appear and ejaculate.

Fluid Analysis: We will compare the fluids expelled from the urethra and Skene ducts, in different stages (begging to advance) analyzing their biochemical composition for research purposes.

Menstrual Cycle Variability: Finally, we will investigate whether the fluid consistency changes throughout the menstrual cycle, examining multi variations across the 28-day period.

This research aims to contribute valuable new insights to the ongoing investigation into female ejaculation and its physiological processes, with the goal of enhancing the quality of life for women.

Looking forward, SEF believes these insights can help normalize female ejaculation and promote open, informed discussions around female sexuality. Formal clinical research on female ejaculation and therapeutic techniques like these could further support this goal, contributing valuable information to both clinical and personal contexts. We truly believe there is a way to empower both men and women to explore female sexual response in an informed, respectful, and fulfilling manner for future peer reviewed case studies.

We are very interested in highly educated well seasoned people with amazing credentials to help with this project and with the grants to fund this research project.
